Dan is a relationship expert, marriage therapist and certified spiritual director. He is founder and director of the Pax Renewal Center in Lafayette, LA. He and his wife Jane have been married 32 years and they have 4 children and 1 grandchild.

Dan is in the business of facilitating extra-ordinary and positive change in the lives of his clients. His mission in life is inspired by the words of St. Francis of Assisi: “We have been called to heal wounds, to unite what has fallen apart and to bring home any who have lost their way.” Dan has built a unique and diversified clinical, ministerial and professional portfolio. He possesses training, experience and expertise as a pastoral counselor, certified spiritual director, strategic life coach, licensed professional counselor and marriage and family therapist. He has been a Catholic high school educator, counselor, administrator and campus minister. A collegiate campus minster and lay spiritual director as well as Associate Dean of Students and Director of Student Personnel for the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. Dan has led parish missions, directed retreats and offered days of reflection. He has spoken to youth, young (and not so young) adults, couples, small groups, small businesses, faculty members, priests, deacons and religious communities. He offers continuing education workshops and seminars to mental health professionals and lay leaders. Dan and his wife Jane have been married for 31 years. They have 4 children and one grandchild. He earned a Master of Arts degree in Marriage and Family Counseling from Our Lady of Holy Cross College in New Orleans. He also earned a Masters degree in Christian Ministry and Renewal from Franciscan University, Steubenville, Ohio. His Bachelor of Arts Degree is in Theology, also from the Franciscan University. He also holds a certification in Spiritual Direction through the Archdiocese of New Orleans.
