Friday Focus – November 30, 2018

Hello everybody!

Here is your weekly dose of Friday Focus, a smattering of what I’m reading, doing, listening to, watching or pondering.

What I’m reading – From the Hebrew Scriptures; one of my favorite verses: “For I know well the plans I have in mind for you, says the Lord, plans for your welfare and not for woe. Plans to give you a future full of hope. When you call me, when you go to pray to me, I will listen to you. When you look for me, you will find me, yes when you seek me with all your heart, you will find me with you says the Lord, and I will change your lot.” Jeremiah 29:11-14a

What I’m listening to – My daughters are big fans of the theatre and musicals. I so enjoyed watching The Greatest Showman when it came out. This week they introduced me to “The Greatest Showman: Reimagined”. Wow!!! Pentatonix, Kelly Clarkson, Sarah Bareilles, Zac Brown Band, just to name a few!

Quote I’m pondering – “Don’t cling to a mistake just because you spent a lot of time making it. ~ unknown (Thanks to my dear cousin, Melanie Kuhar for submitting this one)
