Hello everybody! Happy May Day!

Here is your weekly dose of Friday Focus, a smattering of what I’m reading, practicing, listening to, watching or pondering.

What DIY I’m learningDIY Face Mask/NO SEW/ Upcycled Tshirt. This is so cool. It is as simple as it looks good.

What I’ll be watching tonightAndrew Lloyd Webber’s Royal Albert Hall Celebration – The show must go on. I can’t wait to see this tribute to Webber’s work – productions such as Evita, Cats, Phantom, Joseph will all be on display.

What I’m listening to – I’m still celebrating the Easter season by listening to the Easter Song Radio on Pandora during my workouts and backyard time.

The week’s ridiculous generosity challenge:
If you are able, volunteer time or donate to your local food bank in the spirit of solidarity with those who are struggling to put food on the table for their family.
