What I’m readingThe 3 Types of Active Leisure (& How They Can Help Your Mental Health). During these stressful times, we all need to be proactive in taking care of our Mental Health. Leisure is a way for us to recreate, renew and refresh.

What I’m listening toDon’t Stop Believing – Journey. Just a wonderful flashback from 1981. Still keeps me motivated and in a state of strength and enthusiasm.

Spiritual Practice of the Week7 Minute Ho’oponopono Forgiveness Exercise. A healing exercise used by ancient Hawaiians. If you are stuck in unforgiveness, you may want to give this a try. If you feel you’re on the pathway of forgiveness, you may be able to forgive deeper.

Sacred Scripture I’m pondering – “Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or drink; or about your body, what you will wear. Is not life more important than food, and the body more important than clothes?” —Matthew 6:25

The week’s ridiculous generosity challenge:
Buy some treats, balloons, or gift cards for the staff of a nursing home or senior living facility. Drop them off with the director and ask her/him to distribute them.
