This article from Dr. Mercola is a companion to what I’m experimenting with (see below). Intermittent fasting is leaving me with more energy, fewer hunger cravings and I’ve lost 5 lbs in a week and a half.

This week’s billboard’s top songs of Christian faith. A little inspiration on my travels around town this week.
What I am experimenting with –
I’ve already got a head start on my health and fitness goals for 2018. Dr. Mercola discusses Intermittent Fasting and Super Slow Workouts. I’ve seen immediate results doing both.
I knocked it out of the park recipe –
Many of you know that I really enjoy grilling on my Big Green Egg. So this Christmas I cooked a 7 lb stuffed and seasoned coffee brisket. I just followed this recipe …. It was fantastic!
